The LGB2B080B is an 80A, 2-pole LGB G-frame circuit breaker designed for compatible low-voltage panelboard applications. It combines a thermal-magnetic trip unit with interrupting ratings of 65 kA at 480Y/277V and 14 kA at 600Y/347V. When you're replacing a breaker in an existing panel, the 80-amp rating is an obvious checkpoint, but it's only the beginning. The two-pole arrangement, LGB frame, trip type, interrupting capacity, terminals, wire range, and physical size must all match the equipment.
